Louise graduated from Napier University with an Honours Degree in Journalism and augmented this by attaining a Masters Degree in Marketing from Strathclyde University. Louise has over 8 years experience within the recruitment sector, having initially progressed her career from consultant level into a managerial position as part of a global recruitment firm. She has managed technical recruitment teams in Glasgow and Edinburgh, covering Production and Operations Management, Engineering, Technical and Scientific recruitment. Louise co-founded the Specialist Recruitment arm of the Brightwork Group (BWSR) and continues to engage across these specialist core areas with a range of key clients.
Shan graduated from Strathclyde University with an Honours Degree in HR Management. He has worked within Supply Chain recruitment for over 10 years, and is well respected for his knowledge of the candidate populace and his ability to deliver to pressing deadlines within the fast paced logistics sector. As a manager in a global recruitment business, he built a diverse supply chain team covering procurement, freight, warehouse, transport and distribution management across both the public and private sectors. Following this success, he joined Brightwork Specialist Recruitment as a Director. Shan’s recruitment experience has been focussed in the mid to senior level within the Supply Chain and Logistics fields.
Julie has over 7 years experience in the recruitment of technical, engineering and scientific personnel across the Scottish Manufacturing Marketplace. Educated to Honours Degree level from Glasgow Caledonian University, Julie has gained a credible reputation with clients ranging from new start up ventures through to global organisations. She is a co-founder of Brightwork Specialist Recruitment and is utilising her unique market knowledge in providing a range of recruitment solutions. With a keen eye for detail, Julie has a reputation for robust candidate acquisition and recruitment process strategies that continue to delight our plethora of key clients.
